Platform Overview DocApp Plus provides the following services: Doctor and clinic discovery Appointment booking and scheduling Token-based queue management system Real-time notifications (SMS, Email, WhatsApp) Appointment status updates (Booked, Confirmed, Completed, Cancelled) DocApp Plus acts only as a technology intermediary and does not provide medical advice or treatment.
3. User Eligibility Users must be at least 18 years old or use the platform under guardian supervision. Users must provide accurate personal and contact information. Use of fake or misleading information may result in account suspension.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Users can cancel or reschedule appointments within the allowed timeframe set by the clinic. Failure to attend (no-show) may affect future bookings. Clinics reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary.
